Aadaten — Order Cancellation Policy

At Aadaten, we are committed to creating a smooth and transparent shopping experience. The following guidelines explain how cancellations work on our platform.

• Customer Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders before the seller dispatches them. Once an order is marked “Out for Delivery,” cancellation may no longer be available through the platform. If the customer does not wish to receive the product at that stage, they may choose to decline it at the time of delivery.

• Cancellation Window

Different product categories may have different cancellation timelines. Once the allowed time window has passed, the order may not be eligible for cancellation. The timeline shown on the product page or the order details page will be treated as final.

• Cancellation Fee

In some situations, a cancellation fee may apply. This generally happens when the seller has already processed, packed, or prepared the product for shipment, or when logistics or handling charges have already been incurred. Any applicable fee will be displayed during the cancellation process.

• Seller / Platform Cancellation

Aadaten or the seller may cancel an order due to reasons such as stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, pricing or listing errors, operational challenges, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will not be charged for the canceled portion of the order. If payment has already been made, a refund will be initiated automatically.

• Refunds

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed once the cancellation is confirmed. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. The actual time it takes for funds to reflect in the customer’s account depends on banking and payment partner timelines. Customers can track the refund status through the Order Details section on the platform.

• Express / Instant Delivery Orders (If Applicable)

For fast or hyperlocal delivery services, cancellations may not be possible through self-service as these orders are processed rapidly. If the order faces a delay or has not been picked up by the delivery partner, customers may contact customer support to request assistance.

• Company Rights

Aadaten reserves the right to approve, decline, or revise cancellation requests based on operational feasibility and platform policies. We may also waive fees or modify rules when necessary. Additionally, Aadaten may cancel orders at its discretion in case of fraud detection, incorrect information, operational issues, or logistics limitations. A full refund will be issued for any order canceled by the platform where payment has already been collected.
